A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Setting up meeting with new customers and find out the sale opportunities, cross selling and generate new businesses
  • Attract the customer and suggest the most suitable product based on customer's presentation.
  • Need to hit the sale target and increase SME portfolio.
  • Build up the SME loan case file start to end.
  • Research the financial data to submit to CC and draw cash flow analysis, competitive analysis, risk & SWOT Analysis
  • Present in CC what we found out financial data projection regarding with customers
  • Make a recommendation to the company or individual whether or not to provide credit terms and credit worthiness.
  • Evaluating the customer profile and filed inspection, site visit, check the condition of customer to maintain the relationship and repayment on time.
  • To propose the Head of SME about the good customer to increase or decrease credit limit.
  • Restructuring and renewal of existing customers on a regular basic.
  • Need to watch out daily basic for insurance policy life time and repayment.
  • Learn on banking new products and make offer to existing customer portfolio.
  • Reconcile the SME portfolio and report to Head monthly basics.
  • Monitoring the SME loan portfolio and review & check.
  • Finding SME Loans for Business in collaboration with the Branches
  • Other ad hoc duties if necessary
  • Report and align and supervision under Branch manager & HOD

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in related field. Need to have Solid background on finance, strong banking & product knowledge in trade financing, foreign exchange, treasury, credit; lending & portfolio management.
  • Credit analysis/ loan structuring experience and understanding of counterparties and investment products.
  • Good local relatrelationships local business communities.
  • Good knowledge of local regulatory environment.
  • An honest and trustworthy manner.
  • Ability to Multi task, adaptability and strong negotiation, problem-solving skills
  • Strong Leadership & Proven team-management skills
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills, spoken & written communication skills in English and a team player with ability to coordinate with product partners and support functions.
  • Able to handle complex client relationships independently.
  • Internet and email skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
