Job Purpose:

To oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and drive sales performance while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all store activities to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels, oversee inventory control, and ensure product availability.
• Monitor store presentation and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and provide insights for business improvement.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Job Specification (JS) – Store Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Diploma in Store Management or equivalent (acceptable with experience).

  Experience:

• 3~5 years of experience in retail management.
• 30~40 years old
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.

• Proficient in management systems and MS Office.
