1. Manage day to day performance of Talent Acquisition staff and ensure that recruitment and selection policies and guidelines are followed.
2. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
3. Lead employment branding initiatives.
4. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
5. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
6. Ensure that Onboarding Programme or employee retention program are performed as planned
7. Ensure that all recruitment process are on track and accomplished within the standard time frame.
8. Liaison with the relevant departments for the probation assessment process of the employees who will complete the probation (3) months.
9. Perform Exit interview within one week of the submission date of resignation letter.
10. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
11. Estimate the yearly recruitment budget.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Managementor human resources management or equivalent.
2. Minimum (3) Years working experience in talent management.
3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
4. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
6. Good Understanding in Myanmar Labour Laws
7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
