  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding activities and career fairs.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent market insights, and best practices.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • 3+ year of recruitment experience preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiar with ATS and online sourcing tools
