Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments across the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, and campus recruitment.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and selection techniques.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
Strong Languae skill.
