Need to source the candidates from the various recruiting agencies and the ads posted online.• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.• Provides new employee orientation program• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding• Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters• Develops new/revised job descriptions with related managers• Should be responsible for updating and drafting important documents such as job descriptions, Employee Handbook, forms, SOP, performance appraisal.• Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.• Identify and establish performance standards• Monitors and tracks the status of employee performance appraisals ensuring timely completionby all employees/managers within the established deadlines• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office • Strong quantitative and analytical, negotiation and communication skills • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people• Plan, schedule, arrange and run HR related events
Any graduate• Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management• At least 5 years’ experience in retail field.• Age under 35 years old• Knowledge of local compensation and benefits, labor laws
