Yangon Region - 1 position
Bago (East) Region - 1 position (Base in Taungoo)
Ayeyarwady Region - 1 position (Base in Pyapon)

  • Leading and developing the channel strategies for each channel based on agent mission
  • and market trend.
  • Monitoring and providing guidance to distributors and agents to achieve sales and service
  • Targets.
  • Arranging Agents, Super Agents and CSE training as necessary.
  • Making gate meeting at Super Agents premises for daily briefing and day-end review.
  • Supervision SAs business operating in the assigned area sales and distribution activities,
  • Super Agents profit and loss and ROI, etc.
  • Weekly meeting to ensure all pending jobs and tasks are executed timely.
  • Lead the communication with distributors and KPIs in the markets.
  • Ensuring DTR performance and ROI/ investments are in line business plan
  • Monitoring the issue resolution of Partner Channel to ensure issues are properly resolved
  • within the agreed process.
  • Managing sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Making a permanent journal plan (route plan) / Monitor, Check and Track TSE Daily Route
  • Plan.
  • Supervise SAs business operating in the assigned area sales and distribution activities,
  • Super Agents profit & loss, ROI, etc.
  • Develop monthly sales plan from the quota set for the sales territory and identify ways to achieve the targets.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduate and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, leadership, and team-building
  • ability.
  • Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong regional knowledge.
  • Good English (Writing, Speaking)
