- Provide Functional skills training
- Modified/ revised training modules (if needed) for improvement
- Developing pretest & post test questions for related training module
- Develops and updates training modules for specific program

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any graduated (more prefer HR Diploma)
At least 3-5 years experience in HR field
Proven Experience as Training Manager in the past
Age between 28 to 38
Good in communication skills and presentation skills
Willingness to share knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
More prefer translation knowledge & training experience
Proficiency in English and Burmese Language skills
