- Coordinate with the Legal team, suppliers, other team members, and related departments to review and draft contracts in detail for import purposes, including goods descriptions, CO, HS code, licenses, tax rates, commercial terms, applicable Incoterms, and required shipping documents until the contracts are finalized for signing.
- Follow up on shipment status and production schedules with suppliers to ensure MIC permits and tax exemption approvals are ready before vessel arrival.
- Prepare Shipping Instructions (SI), and check and confirm shipping documents (CI, PL, BL, CO, Insurance) for import/export shipments in accordance with sales and purchase contracts.
- Request suppliers to apply for Form D/E in order to obtain tax benefits for shipped items under MIC tax exemption privileges.
- Process import/export customs clearance documentation with agents, including IDs, PO, and RO documents.
- Arrange logistics, loading and unloading services, and coordinate with PMU according to project requirements and schedules.
- Monitor and provide weekly updates on customs clearance status and upcoming shipments.
- Prepare payment requests to the Finance Department for import/export transactions and related service providers, including L/C and T/T payments.

- Graduated with a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and customs clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Trade Net 2.0, customs clearance, shipping documents, and MIC tax exemption process.
- Able to manage forwarders and customs clearance operations effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good communication skills and typing in Myanmar and English.
- Able to work smart and perform under pressure.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
