  • Apply promptly for import certificates and licenses for each shipment.
  • Support logistics operations and ensure smooth customs clearance and shipping processes.
  • Keep accurate inventory records and report any issues such as delivery delays or accidents immediately.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and legal requirements throughout the supply chain.
  • Obtain necessary import approvals from the DOA Seed Department and other authorities without delay.
  • Coordinate with forwarders and confirm shipping details to ensure timely cargo delivery.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and secure import permits, including for sample shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and government agencies, maintaining clear communication.
  • Regularly update managers on shipment statuses and resolve issues through teamwork and cross-functional support.
  • Continuously improve supply chain efficiency by adopting new technologies and enhancing tracking and reporting systems.

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes; agriculture sector experience is a plus
  • Proficient in supply chain software (e.g., ERP/SAP)
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Fluent in both Myanmar and English
  • Detail-oriented with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook 365, including email communication.
