• Well versed in writing media rationale and preparing high quality presentations
• Develop close and long-term relationship with existing clients while taking part in new business development (if needed)
• Have a good understanding about consumers, market and available media
• Establish and maintain mutual relationship with local and regional media vendors
• Identify and help develop and exploit new commercial opportunities, and be responsible for overall performance and talent.
• Be a part of the overall communication planning/implementation planning process to provide insightful communication plans relevant/customized to local needs
• Fully aware of and understand clients business objectives
• Engage with clients to deliver solutions that effectively, efficiently build business and brand value.

• Build relationships with these clients based on trust and real partnerships

• Have the understanding all aspects of Mango Media business e.g. Business planning, invention, organization growth, business opportunities.

Job Description for Digital Marketing

• Setup, monitor and optimize all digital campaigns to ensure we're delivering against KPI on the plan.
• Provide recommendations swiftly on changes quired to maintain or improve campaign performance.
• Execute social media strategies on platforms such as (Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc).
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative campaign ideas that tie into overall communications strategies
• Assist in the creation of digital content by collaborating with digital, PR and marketing teams; by providing insights based on existing learning.
• Draft reports: Provide detailed report and recommendations on all live campaigns. Should have knowledge of Google Data Studio.
• Help with execution of broader digital marketing initiatives as needed
• Maintains media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization and invoice reconciliation
• Investigates and utilizes information from research sources

Job Requirements for Media Planning

• Educational Qualification - Graduate in any stream or professional qualification in the field of Media, Marketing communication.
• Skills - An individual with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn. Who can think on their feet,a self-starter, team player, high on energy and enthusiasm. Should be able to multi-task and work in a deadline-oriented culture. Should possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Client Servicing - Proficiency working with document software to create calendars, presentations,spreadsheets, charts (MS Office). Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and influencers by providing value. Comfortable taking instructions from team leader and works well independently.
