  • Supervise and manage the overall operations of the Accounting Department to ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.
  • Assign duties to accounting staff, provide guidance, establish accounting procedures, and implement reporting formats and guidelines.
  • Review and verify accounting records prepared by Account Executives and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to Management and BODs (Board of Directors) for discussion and decision-making.
  • Authorize and verify daily cash transactions, including Cash In/Out and Bank In/Out records.
  • Monitor departmental expenses and compare actual spending with budget forecasts.
  • Prepare and maintain Japan-related Cash In/Out Statements and related financial records.
  • Submit consolidated branch income and bank reports to BODs on the 1st day of every month.
  • Prepare Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheet Reports accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial procedures.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and internal control processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • B.Com, CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional accounting qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
