- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree (MBA, PGDM) or relevant certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2 Foundation, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT project delivery, including 2+ years in a coordination or lead role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Telecommunication domain.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting, cost control and vendor contracts.
Project & Delivery Management
- Strong end-to-end project management (initiation to delivery)
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
Technical & Integration Knowledge
- Understanding of system integration and enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs and integration patterns
- Basic programming (Java, Python) and SQL skills
- Familiar with IT infrastructure, SDLC, and cloud technologies
Business & Stakeholder Management : Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with experience working with Business, BA, Architects, and SMEs, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Risk, Governance & Compliance : Risk identification, assessment, mitigation, IT governance, security & compliance knowledge
Tools & Documentation : Proficient in Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong project documentation skills (charters, plans, reports) and ability to track and report project performance.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement : Experience in UAT & QA processes, post-project reviews and improvements, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Cross-functional Team Management : Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with strong vendor management, negotiation, and team coaching/development skills.
Change Management & Innovation : Experience in change management processes, supporting digital transformation and new technologies, with awareness of industry trends and innovations.
