• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access rights.
• Ensure proper email security and backup procedures.
• Support email migration and troubleshooting activities.

4. Employee Onboarding and IT Support

• Prepare laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices for new joiners prior to their onboarding date.
• Install and configure required software, applications, printers, and network access.
• Create email accounts and system credentials for new employees.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure timely IT readiness for onboarding.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Maintain records of assigned IT assets and employee handover forms.

5. Server and System Administration

• Administer Windows Server and related services.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and email systems.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Monitor server performance and uptime.

6. CCTV and Security Systems Management

• Manage installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and NVR/DVR devices.
• Ensure continuous operation of surveillance systems across offices, warehouses, factories, and branches.
• Monitor camera performance and storage capacity.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Maintain access control and related security systems where applicable.

7. Cybersecurity and Compliance

• Implement IT security policies and procedures.
• Manage antivirus, firewall, and endpoint protection systems.
• Conduct regular system vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents and system breaches.

8. Vendor and Project Management

• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies.
• Prepare annual IT budgets and control expenses.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects and system implementations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Hands-on experience in managing networks, hardware, email systems, and CCTV systems.
• Experience supporting employee onboarding, Microsoft 365 administration, and end-user support.
• Experience in multi-site operations, factories, service centers, or group companies is an advantage.
