• Develop, facilitate, and execute the strategic sales force execution plan and tools, ensuring increase in the effectiveness and productivity of the field force. Provide innovative and effective input into identifying field force activities and process improvements to enhance customer impact.
• Sales force and client marketing groups to carry out ongoing evaluation of sales force excellence (e.g. #. of calls, # of SR, # Customer adherence, segmentation & targeting, expansion & deployment, set up focus SKU planning, client mapping and systematic monitoring etc.)
• Coordinate day-to-day management of Echo Plus and DMS system. Troubleshooting, management of territory changes, acting as administrator on system.
• Be responsible for monitoring and developing the good use of system within the sales force, identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Collecting and checking detail customer information for new customer data entry using CCF (customer creating form).
• Maintain data quality of SAP customer such as cleaning duplicate, uncompleted customer data.

• Any Bachelor's Degree with field-sales or marketing or sales reporting background (Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Economics or a related discipline).
• Minimum 2~3 years’ experience in a similar role.
