  • Balance Sheet Strategy & Insights: Analyze bank balance sheet trends to support asset and liability management (ALM) strategies. Help identify structural risks and optimize net interest margins (NIM).
  • Capital & Liquidity Management: Assist in monitoring liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR) and evaluating capital allocation across business units to maximize return on equity.
  • Financial Modeling & Stress Testing: Build and refine financial models for scenario analysis, stress testing, and balance sheet forecasting under various macroeconomic conditions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Treasury, Finance, and Risk teams to produce actionable analytics for executive leadership, board presentations, and regulatory reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Track evolving central bank guidelines and international banking standards to ensure full framework compliance.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution (international degree or study-abroad experience highly regarded).
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, treasury, or financial consulting. High-potential fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in financial modeling or market analysis are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Financial Modeling, Excel (advanced functions/macros), and interest in data analysis tools (Power BI, Python, SQL, is a plus).
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, curiosity about macroeconomic trends and capital markets, and clear communication skills for complex data.
