Monitor Group Life Insurance for CTLI employees
Prepare and assist PIT (Personal Income Tax) filing for WANGA (SEO) on a monthly basis
Review and verify criteria for intern to sales representative transition (monthly)
Prepare Individual Extra Allowance payments (monthly)
Prepare and distribute HRM estimated budget reports (monthly)
Verify sales commissions (Individual Sales, Corporate Sales, AAD, Bancassurance)
Monitor and maintain employee data via Google Forms
2. Global HR Management
Review and approve Time Attendance (TA) and late records
Approve daily attendance, including leave and overtime requests
Manage monthly attendance (Management, Non-Management, Individual Payroll)
Support and resolve Global TA system issues
Coordinate with Global TA Team for system implementation and improvements
Perform monthly leave balance reconciliation
Update opening leave balances for employees joining after April
Input new employee salary data into the HR system
3. Payroll Management
Manage Non-Management payroll calculations
Manage Non-Management + Individual payroll processing
Calculate Personal Income Tax (PIT) for Non-Management and Individual Sales
Process transferred employee data and adjust salaries in the system
Update salary adjustments for intern to sales representative transitions
Verify CTZ payments in payroll system
Reconcile overtime (OT) calculations with payroll and Global HR records
Input new employee salary data into payroll system
Adjust salary for promoted sales representatives
Calculate collector commissions
Calculate individual income tax liabilities
Verify individual sales incentive calculations
4. Recruitment & HR Administration
Supervise and coordinate the full recruitment process (interviews, selection, hiring)
Expand and monitor recruitment channels and conduct CV screening
Track and control recruitment expenses in line with budget
Manage employee documentation lifecycle:
Probation
Confirmation (Permanent)
Transfer
Resignation
Termination / Dismissal
Verify new employee personal data accuracy
Recheck documentation for resignations, terminations, and dismissals
Update increment and promotion data in HRIS
5. Additional Responsibilities
Supervise corporate sales incentive calculations
Participate in payroll processing for Non-Management and Individual Sales staff
