Partner with Management and Department Heads to develop and implement HR policies and practices that support sustainable business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Coach and support leadership and line managers in strengthening leadership capability, team effectiveness, and employee development aligned with company goals.
Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, retention, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Drive employee engagement, accountability, and cross-team collaboration.
Analyze HR data (attendance, turnover, trends) and provide actionable improvements.
Deliver effective HR solutions to support business goals and build a sustainable workforce.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of HR experience, including 5–8 years in a managerial or senior role
Exposure to MNCs or structured corporate environments, with hands-on experience in HR policies, performance management, talent development, and HRIS.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with management and line Manager.
Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and building a strong company culture.
