· Drive brand strategy for Agro-Chemical products across Upper & Lower Myanmar markets
· Analyze brand positioning, consumer insights, and market trends.
· Plan and execute integrated communication and media actions across all channels (Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, agricultural journals, TV, etc.)
· Develop brand & marketing strategies and communicate actionable recommendations to management
· Assist in product development and new product launches, including monitoring product distribution, dealer feedback, and farmer response.
· Oversee new and ongoing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities aligned with approved budgets.
