Job Summary

MX Company Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager (Retail Sales) with strong Chinese language skills to support retail sales operations, drive sales performance, and manage retail teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, coordinating with business partners, and ensuring efficient retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail sales operations and ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

• Monitor branch sales performance, analyze sales reports, and recommend improvement strategies.

• Lead, motivate, and support retail sales teams to improve productivity and customer service.

• Coordinate with Chinese-speaking business partners, suppliers, and management on sales-related matters.

• Support sales planning, promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities.

• Monitor inventory availability, product displays, pricing, and retail store standards.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.

• Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide updates to senior management.

• Support retail expansion, business development, and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, or related industries.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role is preferred.

• Chinese language proficiency is mandatory (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).

• Good communication skills in Myanmar and Chinese.

• Strong knowledge of retail sales operations, sales target management, and customer service.

• Good leadership, team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and sales reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple retail locations, and meet sales targets.

• Willingness to travel to retail branches when required.
