Assist the Chief Accountant in daily accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and maintain accounting records, journals, ledgers, and supporting documents.
Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash reconciliation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare financial reports and schedules as assigned.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and financial records.
Assist with tax, audit, and statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting matters.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when necessary.
Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Chief Accountant or Management.
