Job Summary

Auditor (or) Senior Auditor is responsible for conducting audits at Head Office , Warehouse , branch offices to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and internal controls. This includes reviewing financial transactions, accounting entries, reconciliations and monthly inventory verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

The role prepares detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations, monitors corrective actions and maintains organized documentation of all audit work. Additionally, the officer supports taxation and statutory filings, assists internal and external auditors, and identifies risks in financial and operational processes. The position also supervises and mentors junior accounting staff to ensure adherence to proper financial procedures and internal control standards.

Accounting & Financial Records

• Conduct audits at HO , Warehouse and branch offices to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and internal controls.
• Review financial transactions, accounting entries, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and improve internal control systems to prevent errors, fraud or non-compliance.
• Conduct monthly inventory verification by physically collecting inventory data on-ground and with software balances.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, supporting documentation, and journals.

Branch Audit Management

• Prepare annual branch audit schedules.
• Conduct branch operational and financial audits.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations by branch management.

 Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare audit reports with findings, observations and recommendations.
• Submit audit reports to management (HOD or MD).
• Maintain organized records of audit workpapers, checklists and supporting documents.

• Any Graduated.

• LCCI – III , ACCA - part I (or) DIFRS

• Minimum (3) years experience in Audit field,more prefer in trading Audit fields experience.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Package.

• Must be able to travel to branch office (TGI,MDY,MLM,NPT).
