  • Minimum 5 years in Officer Level Banking Operation
  • Banking Experience, Branch Operations, Leadership, Business Development ,Team Management Experience, Financial Analysis & Risk Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communication & Problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet business targets.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to achive performance targets.
