A Big Opportunity for ...

Support the Brand Manager/Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand plans to achieve brand health, equity, sales, and market share objectives.
Support the preparation of annual brand/category plans, monthly reports, and presentations for cross-functional meetings.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of brand initiatives and activities.
Monitor consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to support brand planning and decision-making.
Coordinate with agency partners and ensure marketing materials are developed consistently with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Support brand budget planning, monitoring, and tracking to ensure activities are delivered within the approved budget.
Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and other Marketing teams to ensure effective in-market execution.
Support the planning and execution of brand activations, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular trade visits to understand market execution, consumer activities, and competitor movements.
Provide regular updates and reports on brand activities, market developments, and campaign performance.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Trade Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Good understanding of brand management, marketing operations, consumer insights, and in-market execution.
Experience in agency management and marketing budget monitoring is an advantage.
Cross-functional experience with Trade Marketing and Sales is preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, and strong attention to execution and operational details.
Good team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
