We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Lubricant / LPG business unit. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth across commercial and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for Lubricant and LPG products
  • Identify and secure new clients, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Expand market presence and achieve sales targets across assigned territories
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles
  • Prior experience in Lubricant, LPG, Oil & Gas, or Energy sector is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Market analysis and strategic thinking capability
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
  • Commercial and financial awareness
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • CRM or sales tracking tools (preferred)
  • Good command of English and Myanmar
