A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, industry events, and strategic partnerships. 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and key decision-makers. 
  • Research and and provide consulting to understand the client requirements, challenges, business objective and pain points 
  • Recommend suitable AI-powered HR platforms based on each client's business needs
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations, client meetings, proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts, and successfully close business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements by gathering client feedback and sharing business requirements with internal teams and stakeholders. 
  • Provide consultative support throughout the customer journey, ensuring proposed solutions continue to align with evolving business needs. 
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using the company's system.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
  • Work closely with Sales and Technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and ensure an excellent customer experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in selling IT Solutions, HR Services solution or Job Portal Service is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
  • Working proficiency in written and verbal English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other workplace collaboration tools.
