1. Main responsibility and focus mode is on the growth of business within the diverse culture customers/merchants/companies across the channels of Digital Banking and e-Wallets ( KBZPay Customer App, Merchant App) , and Key Account/ POS Merchants
2. Review business progress with channel owners and brainstorm new strategic ideas todrive for the customers/merchants retention plans, and new product expansions withproduct owners , which will supports for the business revenue growth
3. Analyze on the monthly business distribution, sales and consumer reactions data andsee how it can be improved after studying and analyzing the current market trends /campaigns.
4. Make a place for the new and old products of the company by identifying the new potential areas
5. Monitor competitors' activities and prepare competitor analysis to share with management.

Along with these duties he/she also needs to carry out some additional duties which are as under:
● Prepare MIS report and deck to share with management and present monthly
● Review monthly customer/merchants feedback reports and plan for the next action
items.
● Implement monthly engagement plans for dormant user reactivation by coordinating
with respective stakeholders.
● Do research in local and international digital banking , eWallet trends to align/add on
accordingly to KBZ Digital Banking Platforms
● Brainstorm to add new products/features/services to different bank users of
customers/merchants and corporate companies and Governments /NGO Organizations

• Candidates should have a bachelor degree in Business Management , Engineering or Computer Science
• Excel and any analytics tools like Power BI
• Aggressive skills to get an edge over the competitors and in markets trends
• Should be detail-oriented, organized and methodical
• Effective negotiation and excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and ability to work in
• a team
