Provide strategic financial leadership, long-term fiscal planning, and corporate governance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management across all operational units (Content Production, Digital Marketing, Tech, Sales, and Customer Service).
Enforce strict financial controls, operational budget allocations, and cost-optimization strategies.
Oversee corporate tax planning, statutory reporting, and full compliance with Myanmar financial regulations and tax laws.
Streamline financial SOPs, accounting software infrastructure, and financial reporting accuracy.
Direct, mentor, and elevate the performance of the Finance & Accounting department.

Bachelor’s degree in B.Com (Commerce), B.A. (Accounting), Finance, or a related business discipline. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or an MBA in Finance are strongly preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior executive role (CFO/Dy. CFO/ Finance Director/ or VP of Finance).
Proven track record in Media, Entertainment, Digital Tech, Telecom, or FMCG industries is highly advantageous.
Exceptional expertise in financial budgeting and local tax compliance.
Strong executive presence, high ethical standards, and strategic decision-making capabilities
