Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Accounting Department.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash transactions.
Prepare monthly closing and year-end closing activities.
Review bank reconciliations, cash balances, and financial transactions.
Monitor company cash flow and working capital requirements.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial performance and provide financial reports to management.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Establish and maintain effective internal accounting controls.
Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
Review tax calculations and coordinate timely submission of tax-related documents.
Monitor fixed assets, depreciation, inventory accounting, and other financial records.
Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
Provide financial advice and analysis to management for business decision-making.
Develop and improve accounting procedures and financial control systems.
Train, supervise, and evaluate accounting staff.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, LCCI, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
Experience in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
