𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Set up objectives and directives for financial functions, mainly for transactions, cash & accounting.
• Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting, and help drive the company’s financial strategy.
• Planning, monitoring & controlling functional budgets.
• Analyzing the group & company financial statements & act upon them to improve profitability.
• Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization.
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
• Ensure compliance with covenants incorporated in financing documents with banks / Govt.
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the Top Management and members of the executive management team
• Perform any other task assigned by Top Management.
   

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
• Professional certification (ex: Certified Public Accountant).
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g: SAP, ERP).
• Must have (5) years of experience in executive leadership roles.
• Must have experience as CFO position.
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
