• Assist the Sales and Marketing team in communicating with Management Team, customers, suppliers, and partners

• Support customer service operations by assisting walk-in customers, answering inquiries, and resolving communication barriers

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow

• Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information

• Assist other responsibilities assigned by Management
