-Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
· -Proficiency in English
· -Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
· -Fast learner and passion for sales
· -Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· -Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
· -Any graduate
· -Age between 20 to 30 years old preferable
· -Fluent in Burmese and fair in English/Chinese
· -Fresh graduate are welcomed, 2 years or more of sales experience is an advantage
· -Build-up networks and contacts in real estate industry
