To follow the Market Intelligence Team (MIT) way of working procedures and guideline
Understand the PICOS and Channel Classification of the Beer Company & FIT survey
To monitor the FIT survey execution on the 5Ps of Sales Team & customer outlets
Listen and align with the customer feedback when survey in the outlet by the route
According to the job nature, need to travel around the country by driving self independently
Travelling must be 2 to 3weeks a month due to MIT way of working schedule
Follow the company and departmental given training properly for performance improvement
Create the Route Plan for the outlet survey and submit in time for the system implementation.
Outlet Data and Outlet Survey photos must prepare for report by monthly
Overall process and procedure align report directly to MIT manager
Preparation of Cash Claim and Vehicle log Sheet Report has to submit in system every month
Given job assignment and company guideline have to follow at all times.
Understand and follow the company & Growth Culture Principles.
Health & Safety is the company & first policy and need to follow at all times.
