Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management

Lead and supervise all civil and structural construction activities on-site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and established quality standards.

2. Project Scheduling and Planning

Develop, implement, and closely monitor project schedules and timelines to ensure the successful completion of projects within the designated timeframe.

3. Coordination and Communication

Coordinate effectively with Site Supervisors, Subcontractors, Architects, and Interior Design teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve technical issues promptly.

4. Cost and Material Control

Monitor material usage to minimize wastage and oversee quantity estimation, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure project completion within the approved budget.

5. Reporting

Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit them to the Management team in a timely and professional manner.

6. Health, Safety, and Compliance

Ensure strict compliance with site safety (HSE) standards, local construction regulations, and company policies while maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

• လုပ်ငန်းခွင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း - ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းခွင်ရှိ Civil နှင့် Structural ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအားလုံးကို Approved Drawing (အတည်ပြုပုံစံများ)၊ သတ်မှတ်ချက်စံနှုန်းများနှင့်အညီ စနစ်တကျ ဦးဆောင်ကြီးကြပ်ရမည်။

• အချိန်ဇယား ရေးဆွဲခြင်း - ပရောဂျက်တစ်ခုလုံး သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အချိန်ကာလအတွင်း ပြီးစီးနိုင်စေရန် Project Timeline/Schedule များကို စနစ်တကျ ရေးဆွဲပြီး အနီးကပ် စောင့်ကြည့် စီမံရမည်။

• အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း - လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ချောမွေ့စေရန်အတွက် Site Supervisors၊ Subcontractors၊ Architects (ဗိသုကာပညာရှင်များ) နှင့် Interior Design အဖွဲ့များနှင့် ထိရောက်စွာ ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းပြီး နည်းပညာပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းရမည်။

• ကုန်ကျစရိတ်နှင့် ပစ္စည်းထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း - လုပ်ငန်းခွင်သုံး ပစ္စည်းများ လေလွင့်ဆုံးရှုံးမှု မရှိစေရန်နှင့် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Budget (အသုံးစရိတ်) အတွင်း ပရောဂျက်ပြီးစီးရန်အတွက် ကုန်ကြမ်းတွက်ချက်မှုနှင့် ဝယ်ယူမှုများကို စနစ်တကျ ကြပ်မတ်ရမည်။

• အစီရင်ခံစာတင်ပြခြင်း - လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်မှု အခြေအနေ (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports) များကို တိကျစွာ ပြုစုပြီး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအဖွဲ့ (Management) ထံ စနစ်တကျ တင်ပြရမည်။

• ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေး - လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေး (Site Safety/HSE) စံနှုန်းများနှင့် ဒေသန္တရ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး ဥပဒေ/စည်းမျဉ်းများကို တိကျစွာ လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြပ်မတ်ရမည်။

1. Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) is required.
• Candidates holding R.E. (Registered Engineer) or P.E. (Professional Engineer) licenses will be given preference.

2. Work Experience

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Civil Project Engineer in construction projects.
• Experience in high-rise building construction and/or interior decoration/joinery works will be considered an advantage.

3. Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (or other relevant project management software).
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand structural and architectural drawings.

4. Leadership and Communication Skills

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and supervise site workforce and project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and take ownership of decisions.

5. Personal Attributes

• Able to work effectively under pressure and drive project progress to meet organizational goals and deadlines.

• ပညာအရည်အချင်း - B.E. (Civil Engineering) ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ (R.E. သို့မဟုတ် P.E. လိုင်စင်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ပါက အထူးဦးစားပေးမည်)။

• လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ - ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းခွင်များတွင် Civil Project Engineer ရာထူးဖြင့် အနည်းဆုံး (၄) နှစ်မှ (၆) နှစ်အထက် ခိုင်မာသော လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်။ (အထပ်မြင့် အဆောက်အဦး သို့မဟုတ် Interior decoration/Joinery ပိုင်းနှင့် တွဲဖက်လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူ ဖြစ်ပါက ပိုကောင်းသည်)။

• နည်းပညာကျွမ်းကျင်မှု - AutoCAD, MS Office နှင့် MS Project (သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Project Management Tools) များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီး Structural/Architectural Drawing များကို ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ ဖတ်ရှုနားလည်ရမည်။

• ဦးဆောင်မှုနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေး - လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ရှိ လုပ်သားထုကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Communication (ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုမှု) ကောင်းမွန်ကာ ပြဿနာများကို ချက်ချင်း တာဝန်ယူ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်း ရှိရမည်။

• စရိုက်လက္ခဏာ - အလုပ်အပေါ် တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုအပြည့်ရှိပြီး ဖိအားဒဏ်အောက်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းခွင် တိုးတက်မှုကို ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
