The Core Banking System & Database Administrator Unit Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the core banking system, user access controls, and database infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: 

• Managing system changes, new branches, products, parameters, and user access. 

• Troubleshooting issues, providing daily support to branch users, and conducting periodic system reviews. 

• Administering databases: setup, upgrades, performance monitoring, backups, and consolidation. 

• Supporting report development and managing the data warehouse for business operations. 

• Leading IT-related projects from planning to implementation and providing technical reports. 

• Coordinating with vendors for timely delivery of services and managing contracts. 

• Delivering staff training, documentation, and promoting compliance with IT policies and standards. 

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent 

• Minimum 3 year working experience in related field. 

• Experience working with relational database systems such as Oracle, Oracle RMAN and PL/SQL and a good working knowledge of Report Builder Tools. 

• Hands-on experience with end user applications (banking) 

• Good IT and organizational skills and self-starter with strong self-management skills
