Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and accurately
  • Identify, document, and escalate urgent issues to the concerned department
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Assist with test day operations and monitor exam sessions
  • Prepare and set up exam rooms, materials, and systems before sessions
  • Observe, record, and report any irregularities or incidents to the Test Center Manager
