  • Support with the practical experience and knowledg in daily activities to achieve goals and objectives
  • Liaise with customs officials on specific duties payable and problem shipments
  • Comply with the regulatory policy and rules to make DHL as reliable business partner
  • Liase on specific issue and problem if necessary
  • Contribute to team effort to ensure the attainment of both inbound and outbound shipment clearance, efficiently within clearance performance targets and transit time.
  • Supervise the work of the support members (e.g. Customs Clerks).
