  • Analyze the performance of CANAL+ Myanmar's App, Decoder, content, and TV channels to generate actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor customer viewing behavior, content consumption trends, subscriber engagement, and platform performance.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, seasonal, and ad hoc reports, including audience ratings, content performance, subscriber analytics, and key business KPIs.
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards to support the needs of cross-functional teams and management.
  • Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
  • Collaborate with the Content, Programming, Customer Care, Commercial, Marketing, Digital, and Business Development teams to provide data-driven recommendations that improve business performance and customer experience.
  • Support content acquisition, programming, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives through audience and performance analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local research agencies, data providers, and CANAL+ global teams to ensure accurate audience measurement and timely analytical reporting.
  • Continuously improving reporting processes, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools to enhance business efficiency.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, market research, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in analyzing business performance, customer behavior, audience ratings, or digital analytics is preferred.
  • Good understanding of market research methodologies and KPI Reporting.
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work efeectively with cross-functional team.
  • Good command of English and Myanmar, both written and spoken.
