● Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and consistent support service delivery.

● Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
● Proven experience in ERP support, application support, or systems administration.
● Strong understanding of ERP workflows, user support, and issue resolution processes.
● Experience coordinating with technical teams and third-party vendors.
● Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
● Ability to document procedures, create reports, and manage support records.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
● Must have an intermediate level of English communication.
● Able to work under pressure and travel based on business requirements.
