To assist the Channel Manager in running marketing campaigns, tracking daily user activity, and promoting feature adoption across mobile wallet channels to help increase active users and build customer awareness.

• Campaign Execution & Feature Adoption: Assist the Manager in launching promotional campaigns, feature onboarding guides, and re-engagement activities to build customer awareness, drive feature penetration, increase active user adoption (DAU/MAU), and help users get maximum value out of digital wallet services.
• User Re-Engagement Activities: Assist in executing targeted re-engagement communications to help inactive customers discover useful app features and encourage regular wallet usage.
• Campaign Tracking & Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign setups and gather response metrics to ensure growth initiatives run smoothly and on schedule.
• Product Enhancement Support: Assist the Manager in gathering user feedback, feature requests, and usability improvement ideas, organizing them into clear enhancement trackers to support future app updates.
• Documentation & Process Support: Help draft Business Requirements and update user FAQs, customer support guides, product glossaries, and SOP checklists for new feature enhancements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, mobile app support, channel operations, or customer growth. Experience working in Fintech, Mobile Wallets, Telecom, or Tech Agencies is preferred.

• Technical & Data Skills

• Data Reporting & Numbers: Good numerical skills to analyze transaction data, track KPIs, and build recurring reports.

• Data Tools: Intermediate Excel skills. SQL and visualization tools are an advantage.

• Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of mobile wallet features, digital banking apps, and campaign metrics & Familiarity with digital marketing

• Data Presentation : Able to summarize basic data and campaign numbers into clean slides and simple reports.
• Documentation: Capable of drafting basic feature requirements, user guides, FAQs, and SOP checklists
• Communication & Teamwork: Decent English
