Job Summary
Drive the digital marketing strategy for Precision Auto Engineering Co.,Ltd in Mandalay, building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth across online channels. This role blends strategy, content, performance marketing, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and web.
• Manage brand content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all online channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for reach, engagement, and leads. (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• Create and manage content including blogs, landing pages, video scripts, and vehicle highlight pages.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and technical teams to create effective promotional content.
• Oversee social media channels, community engagement, and online reputation management.
• Support website updates, landing pages, and SEO activities to improve traffic and conversion.
• Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing plans.
• Prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with influencers, automotive reviewers, and content creators.
• Manage CRM systems to nurture leads and track customer lifecycle.
• Align digital campaigns with dealership sales teams for lead follow-up
• Ensure accurate vehicle listings, pricing updates, and inventory integration.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or senior role.
● Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, SEO, and paid campaigns.
● Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Burmese is an advantage.
● Experience with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and content platforms.
● Creative mindset with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
● Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of leading marketing initiatives independently.
● Experience in engineering, machinery, or industrial sectors is a plus.
