Develop creative concepts and key visuals for marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Lead the design development of digital and offline marketing materials.
Design POSM including posters, banners, standees, shelf talkers, wobblers, and other promotional materials.
Create and manage visual content for Facebook, TikTok, Viber, Telegram, and other digital channels.
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and other departments on design requirements.
Prepare final artwork and coordinate with printers and production teams when required.
Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain organized design files and brand assets.
Support the Marketing Manager in creative planning and marketing campaigns.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. (Any Graduate)
Relevant design certification is an advantage.
1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Experience in Retail, FMCG, Supermarket, or Advertising is preferred.
Experience in leading or guiding junior designers is an advantage.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Good knowledge of InDesign, Canva, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Good knowledge of print production and digital design specifications.
Good knowledge of artwork preparation and file management.
