Monitoring and controlling all plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable power generation.
Coordinate with boiler, turbine, and electrical operators during start-up, shut down , and normal operation.
Ensure all operations are caried out in accordance with safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Participate in safety toolbox meetings and enforce plant safety rules among operators.
Record plant operational data ( pressure, temperature, load, etc. ) and report any abnormalities to Supervisor/HOD.
Prepare daily operation reports and log sheets accurately.
Identify operational problems and assist in taking corrective actions under the guidance of Supervisor/HOD.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment issues during shift hours.
Handover detailed shift reports to the next shift team to ensure smooth operation continuity.
Guide and train operations and technicians on standard operating procedures.
