Responsible for managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring its optimal performance to support HR functions and business operations.
This role involves maintaining the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and supporting HR initiatives through technology.
HRIS Administration: Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information. Manage system configurations and updates in collaboration with IT and HR departments. Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or errors promptly.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HRIS.
Perform regular data audits and clean-ups. Develop and implement data management procedures and protocols.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management. Utilize HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
System Improvements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Work with vendors and internal teams to implement new features and functionalities. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and new implementations.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities. Develop user guides and training materials.
Assist users with technical issues and system navigation.
Compliance and Security: Ensure HRIS compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain data security and confidentiality. Implement and monitor data protection measures.
Project Management: Participate in HRIS-related projects and initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for assigned projects.
