Work to ensure that all tools containing information from the sales teams are current and compliant.
Help customers select products based on the customers’ needs, product specifications, and interests.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with targeted and existing accounts.
Emphasize product features based on analyses of demand, product knowledge, capabilities and limitations.
Respond to customers' requests for pricing, availability, and product uses and creative ideas, and samples.
Prepare quotations according to bid specifications, with accurate configurations to meet customer due dates.
Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with the services and to answer any questions or concerns.
Support sales efforts such as attending an exhibit and sales visit if necessary.
Research new sales opportunities, identify key retail sources, generate interest and close sales.
Send sales lead to overseas network agents by expanding new partners.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
Keep management informed of activity, including timely correspondence through emails and calls.
To work the Rates with carriers and Vendors
To submit RFQ timely
To provide Monthly Reports
To Handle 2 Global Key Accounts
Part of the Group P-LMS Project Team and providing support from time to time for new enhancement and change request

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or sales support.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, pricing, RFQ management, and customer relationship management.
Experience handling key accounts and coordinating with overseas agents and carriers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
