TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

About the Role
Elevate Education is looking for an experienced, proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to take ownership of recruitment across the company.
This is not a recruitment administration position. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing and securing strong candidates across Yangon, Mandalay and future company locations.
We are looking for an active recruiter who can source candidates directly, build strong talent pipelines, manage multiple vacancies and continuously improve recruitment results.
Speed matters, but hiring quality comes first.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from approved vacancy to accepted offer and successful joining.
- Understand hiring requirements with People Operations and department leaders.
- Prepare and improve job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
- Source candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, professional networks, communities, referrals, databases, universities and other relevant channels.
- Conduct active sourcing and headhunting, including approaching suitable passive candidates.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on experience, communication, motivation, salary expectations, availability and overall suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews, assessments and practical tests with relevant departments.
- Collect and document interview feedback.
- Coordinate offers, candidate follow-up and negotiations within approved company guidelines.
- Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor difficult-to-fill positions and adjust sourcing strategies when required.
- Work with Marketing on recruitment campaigns, employer-branding activities and recruitment content where appropriate.
- Build relationships with universities, career centers, professional communities, recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Prepare weekly recruitment updates covering vacancies, pipelines, interviews, offers, hires, bottlenecks and priorities.
- Monitor recruitment-channel performance and recommend improvements based on results.
- Support recruitment across Yangon, Mandalay and future branches.
- Occasionally travel domestically for interviews, career fairs, recruitment drives or branch hiring activities.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview workflows, candidate databases and sourcing methods.
- Use modern recruitment technology and AI-assisted tools appropriately to improve efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform other reasonable recruitment responsibilities assigned by the People Operations Executive or Management.

Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Successful Hires & Vacancy Fulfillment – Achievement against approved hiring plans and priority vacancies.
- Quality of Hire – Probation success, early retention and hiring-manager feedback.
- Time-to-Fill – Progress against agreed recruitment timelines without compromising quality.
- Qualified Candidate Pipeline – Ability to consistently generate and maintain suitable candidate pipelines.
- Active Sourcing – Effectiveness in direct sourcing, headhunting and alternative recruitment channels.
- Offer Acceptance – Ability to successfully engage and close suitable candidates.
- Candidate Experience – Professional communication, timely follow-up and smooth recruitment coordination.
- Recruitment Operations – Accurate tracking, reporting, documentation and process management.
- Recruitment Channel Performance – Ability to identify and improve effective sourcing channels.
- Recruitment Process Improvement – Contribution to improving sourcing, screening and hiring efficiency.
