• Conduct site feasibility assessments and prepare approval proposals.
• Manage new store opening projects from planning through handover.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure opening readiness.
• Lead renovation and fit-out projects for Convenience Stores.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines, and costs.
• Manage contractors, consultants, landlords, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and HSE guidelines.
• Track project performance and provide regular management updates.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Expansion team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 + years of experience in retail expansion, construction, project management, or property development.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
