Hand-over of backbone network systems (DWDM & Microwave) from/to relevant team
Spare parts management of backbone network (DWDM & Microwave) systems
Create operation and maintenance scheme
O&M contract management and LSP/ vendor evaluation and improvement.
Evaluate GAL (Guarantee Agreement Level) for uptime per year for each lease fibre route (existing 26 routes)
Calculation penalty duration of each back bone route according to NOC & MOC ‘s fibre cut time compare with LSP’s data.
Prepare payment slip on SAP system.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Certificate degree in a technical university (preferred)
Excellent communications& interpersonal skills and co-ordination skills
Computer literacy especially in power point and excel
Skill of English & Myanmar Language
Must be dependable and trustworthy
Must be self motivated, focused, and persistent
Willing to learn & work long term
Must have the documented preparation experience on different team
Need to understand the backbone network technology and vendor knowledge skill
Able to travel
