• Direct and Monitor order processing, invoicing, debit/credit notes & bill collection.
• Prepare the monthly Sales Reports, Aging report and support Sales BU heads
• Review and investigate daily transactions and manage and support the operation
• Ability to deep dive to find root cause as necessary and suggest for improvements to strengthen the internal controls
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

• B.Com, LCCI Level 3, ACCA finalist or graduates
• 3 to 5 year experiences in audit, or retail Billing background preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and able to handle multi-stakeholders
• Good with numbers and Accuracy
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Computer literacy and good with database and Excel
• Can communicate all levels and prefer an outgoing personality with ability to influence others
