- Identify financial risks and opportunities.
Internal Controls and Compliance
- Implement and mmonitor internal controls to safeguard company assests.
- Enusre compliance with tax laws, statutory regulations and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors.
Team Management
- Supervise and suppport finance and accounting staff.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure efficient workflow and accuracy within the team.
Strategic Support
- Act as a financial adviser to senior management.
- Participate in strategic planning, investment evaluations, and business improvement initiatives.
- Support operational departments with financial guidance (including Sales, Procurement, and HR).
